With over 15 years of experience in leadership capacities, and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, she has been responsible for bringing in technology based solutions and helping end users in data driven decision making in the healthcare domain. Instrumental in mentoring and scaling up medtech startups, she plays a mentorship role in several startup organizations.
She is also involved in Tamil Nadu Guidance Bureau and instrumental in bringing investments into the state. She holds a BE from Anna University and has previously been a part of Nokia Siemens, HP and Microsoft. With keen interest to solve gaps in current healthcare system through technology, her role revolves around digital transformation, Innovation, Leadership Development and Talent management
Anoop heads the investment division with more than 8 years of experience in finance, strategy and research. Prior to joining HealthcareCapital, he was the CFO of Brandshark and a derivatives trader at Edelweiss Capital, with stints at Unilever, L&T and ISRO.
He has worked extensively with startups to scale their business and streamline capital utilization. Anoop holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and Copenhagen Business School along with B.Tech from IIT (BHU), Varanasi
